Once you fill out this form, Wild Roots Guides will reach out to you to collect payment and confirm the initial consultation schedule date (or reschedule). 

Initial consultation is mandatory for all those registered for an OVERNIGHT/backpacking event with Wild Roots Guides LLC. For Ruck Days, it is highly encouraged.

Backpacking Trips: 
Payment received + initial consultation completed = spot reserved for an overnight/backpacking trip, which are limited to ~6 hikers

Ruck Days:
Payment received = spot reserved for a single day/ruck day trip. 

Once a trip is full, you can sign up to be added to the wait list. If you sign up for a wait listed trip, you will be contacted if/when a spot opens on the trip. At that time, you will have 1 week to register (submit payment + scheduled consult). After 1 week, you will forfeit your spot to the next person on the list. Wild Roots will contact hikers in the order in which they signed up on the list.

Once you fill out this form, you will have 30 days to respond to Wild Roots Guides, LLC follow up attempts. If you do not respond to follow up attempts  within 30 days, you will forfeit your registration spot to another excited hiker.
